Does it matter which country I am in to pursue this dive?
The best thing about blogging is that no matter where you are in the world (for the most part), you can quite easily develop and write blogs, since blogs are online. As long as you have access to a laptop, you will be able to practice your skills and improve daily. You will also be able to write in whatever language you want (granted you know the language), since, again, blogs are online.
Bottom line, the answer is no: it doesn't matter at all which country you are in. Wherever you are, you can start learning or improving your blog writing skills. Truly, these days, if you want to become a successful blogger, and you aren't currently blogging, the only reason is: "YOU ARE LAZY."
