Does it matter which country I am in to pursue this dive?
Actors exist in every country. Depending on what you are trying to accomplish, you can find or create acting opportunities in your town, state, city, or country. Acting can also take you outside your country as long as you're eligible to travel.
You can even make short films for the internet for everyone to see--and all from your home!
Thanks to the internet, as long as you have an internet connection, you have access to unlimited resources to help you become a better actor and even produce your own projects.
Bottom line, the answer is no: it doesn't matter at all which country you are in. Wherever you are, you can start learning or improving your acting. Truly, these days, if you want to become a competent actor, and you aren't currently, the only reason is: "YOU ARE LAZY." Remember the Break Diver's Creed: No Rules. No Excuses. No Regrets.
