Staff Member - Marketing

Job Description: Your primary role will be working in all aspects of the marketing team, for all of the websites owned by Break Diving. You will, however, also assist on the coding and finance teams. You will be involved in every aspect of the company, from top to bottom, and help shape its direction and momentum. You will assist with google ads, SEO, press releases, promotion, email marketing and management, hubspot reach out and tracking, google analytics, YouTube video production and dissemination, PowToon, blog management and marketing, Lumen5, and more.

Be sure to know what the Break Diving community is, why you want to help us grow, and why you think you will fit in on our team. Be sure to refer to our corporate mission and to some of our current staff members by name to show us you actually did some research.
- Be prepared to also explain why you believe you can handle working in a fast-paced environment with a million moving parts. Be prepared to wxplain how you will manage your 'day job' and working here at Break Diving too without becoming overwhelmed.
- Volunteering at Break Diving is intense. It's not an hour or two here and there. It's a long-term "volunteer to employment" position, extremely entrepreneurial, with high expectations, and a lengthy application process. - Everyone on our team helps everywhere. It doesn't matter if you primarily want to help with marketing, coding, finance, or operations--you will be wearing multiple hats. If you don't code, and prefer marketing, we will still train you to code. If you code, you will also be helping with marketing and finance.
