The best news about studying Typescript is that no matter where you are in the world, you can learn Typescript. The number of online tutorials is endless. As long as you have an internet connection, you can learn Typescript, even from your phone!


The bottom line, the answer is no: it doesn't matter at all which country you are in.  Wherever you are, you can start learning or improving your Typescript skills.
