What is the best way to get started in this dive?
Don’t give up. That is the first step.
Learning any programming language, even Python, can feel difficult at first. However, it gets a lot easier as you start to understand how the language works. It’s also helpful to find a project that you enjoy working on. It’s a lot easier to learn how to code if you are doing something that you enjoy. Python is a general-purpose programming language, which means you can use it for just about anything ranging from web development to data visualization. With all the possibilities, it should be fairly easy to find a project that you’ll enjoy!
It's also important to find the right resources to learn. It's really easy to accidentally read the wrong thing online, and be confused for the next few weeks. That's why it's so important to have a community to help you with your learning journey! So if you haven't yet, we heartily recommend you join our worldwide Break Diving community on this website---we have many others also pursuing the Coder - Python dive from around the world.
So to get started, your first steps should be... to join Break Diving. Then, go to the next article!
