1. When and Why Did You Decide to Pursue This Dive At This Level? What was your inspiration and motivation?

I decided to pursue this dive because I want to learn to admit my mistakes that I regret and get to positively move on with my life.

2. How Long Did It Take For You To Accomplish This Dive At This Level From The Day You Decided To Pursue It, And Why Did It Take That Long?

I am 17 years old so I believe it has taken me 17 years to choose to pursue this dive.

3. What Was The Hardest Part About Achieving This Particular Dive Level?

Well, it’s not easy to let go of regrets. They seem to want to haunt you forever because you wish you did certain things differently. Ordinarily feeling guilty for certain decisions you made and not moving from that guilt can be depressing so one has to learn from the regrets and move on. That is easier said than done but it takes determination. The hardest part is finding this determination to move on especially since my regretted actions have affected other people.

4. What Was The Easiest Part About Achieving This Particular Dive Level?

The easiest part is when I realised just how important my mental health is. I realise that focusing on regrets and keeping them close will only hold me back.

5. What Is Your Advice For Someone Who Is Pursuing This Dive And Level?

You have to recognise the dangers of constantly ruminating on regrets. They only hold you back and bring you down. Learn from your mistakes and avoid repeating them but don’t dwell on them. Don’t be afraid to try again or move forward. Be a Regret Disrupter!

6. What Are Some Of The Best Resources You Recommend to Those Pursuing This Dive At This Level, And Why Do You Recommend Them? Please Include Relevant Weblinks, If Applicable.

I’ll recommend the book titled “The Enemy Called Average” by John Mason. This book will help you to forge ahead no matter the situation and to realise that being average and not achieving your goals, which leads to regrets, is an enemy.

7. Tell Us A Story Of One Of Your Adventures While Pursuing This Dive (At This Level).

I did some things that made me feel like I couldn’t live with myself but I decided that I needed to live past all that, forgive, and learn from my past and embrace my future.

I made myself understand that I am not perfect and I am only benefiting from the grace of God in Jesus Christ. I’m not perfect but I’m working on myself and it keeps me going.

It doesn’t mean I can make mistakes anyhow I want but it means that when I make mistakes, I should not remain there and sulk but instead, rise and move forward.

8. What Evidence Did You Submit to Prove You Met the Requirements for This Dive and Level?

I believe my answers above are proof of my interest in this dive. I chose to pursue this dive.
