5. What Is Your Advice For Someone Who Is Pursuing This Dive And Level?

I would advise the person pursuing this dive to download an appropriate exercise monitoring app on their phone, or to purchase a phone watch. This will enable the person to keep objective, verifiable evidence that can be graphed and shown in a timeline. This can help the person to more accurately and specifically define their future fitness goals.  For the dietary part of the dive, the person should take a picture of each meal once it is plated. This will give an accurate record of the meals ingredients, portion size, and serving style. Due to the photos being timestamped, this also provides a chronological record that can be inserted into a timeline.
