1. When and Why Did You Decide to Pursue This Dive At This Level? What was your inspiration and motivation?

I decided to pursue this dive in January 2025.  I used to be a sad overthinker, and many times I let my mood affect others'. I didn't like being a fun-sponge, so I decided to break free and become a happier person people love to associate with and be around.

2. How Long Did It Take For You To Accomplish This Dive At This Level From The Day You Decided To Pursue It, And Why Did It Take That Long?

It took me a few months to finally stop overthinking and actively prevent my mood from affecting that of others. This was because it was a habit I needed to break. I had to be extremely intentional about not overthinking by catching each and every unnecessary, and especially negative thoughts before it soiled my mood. I also had to make sure that I did not pass my mood onto others, no matter what I was feeling. When I felt down, I took time to be by myself, instead of ruining others' moods to feel better.

3. What Was The Hardest Part About Achieving This Particular Dive Level?

The hardest part was being conscious about maintaining positive vibes. I had to be extremely intentional about my thoughts, words, expressions, and actions.

4. What Was The Easiest Part About Achieving This Particular Dive Level?

The easiest part came when I began to see the effects on my own mood and the way other people began to relate with me, especially my family. I felt more motivated.

7. Tell Us A Story Of One Of Your Adventures While Pursuing This Dive (At This Level).

One example is that; My sister T and I used to gist a lot when we were younger, but I noticed that she had started spending less time with me. Honestly, I was spending less time with her too, because I was spending time in my head and being a downer.

When I first started to be more intentional about catching my mood swings and overthinking, my relationship with her became a strong mirror. When we hung out, I saw how easy it was for me to ruin the mood, and that made me feel bad.

I started beating myself up for being a downer, and I rarely hung out with friends. But I decided not to give up and be more intentional. After a few months, I noticed that there had been a significant shift. I started getting invited to even more hangouts, and I was even being the life of the party there. I was also the life of the party at home too, and my siblings always wanted me to be part of the game nights and even host.

I started to send motivational messages to my family and friends from time to time to uplift their moods instead of bringing them down, and they were more excited to hear from me. This made me happy too, and grateful that I started this dive. Now, I still work on myself every day, but it's easier now because I am happier on the inside, and that naturally spreads to my relationship with others around me.
