1. When and Why Did You Decide to Pursue This Dive At This Level? What was your inspiration and motivation?

I joined break diving 2 years back and I found it very inspiring that everyone is working and self dependent. That inspired me to want to earn something.  My Aunt was searching  for a tutor for her two children and she approached me. I was perplexed but excited too but then I realized I always wanted to teach and I must go for it. That is how I started teaching.

2. How Long Did It Take For You To Accomplish This Dive At This Level From The Day You Decided To Pursue It, And Why Did It Take That Long?

When I started this dive, I used to teach 2 students but slowly slowly more students started to reach out to me.  But it was not easy.  I am a student too so I have had to compromise with my studies to teach more students. I was struggling with time management between my studies and tutoring and  I had to give my 100 percent efforts so that my students can become better and unique from others . Now I am teaching 9 students at my home and had taught more than 20 students and am also managing my studies too. That's why it took me 2 years to include more children.

3. What Was The Hardest Part About Achieving This Particular Dive Level?

I had never taught before and had no experience of teaching. so to make them understand things in an easy way was very difficult for me in starting out but later I started developing new and easy methods so that they could learn properly and perform their best in their school.  I had to research before teaching some topics so that was also time consuming.  It was consuming my study time too.

4. What Was The Easiest Part About Achieving This Particular Dive Level?

Every student is very supportive and they forgive my mistakes and appreciate my efforts always. Very few people in this era appreciate others' hard work but in my case I was lucky.  I also get to learn new things from my students. So it was easy to impress my students as they were supportive and understanding.

5. What Is Your Advice For Someone Who Is Pursuing This Dive And Level?

My advice for someone who is pursuing this dive is to develop friendly relations with students but not to be extremely friendly. The  relation between teacher and student must be respectable.

Make sure to have proper knowledge of the subjects you are going to teach so that you can clear students' doubts easily.

Be in contact with the parents of your students so that you can tell them how their children are performing.

6. What Are Some Of The Best Resources You Recommend to Those Pursuing This Dive At This Level, And Why Do You Recommend Them? Please Include Relevant Weblinks, If Applicable.

Books are the best resources which are available offline. I suggest to go through many books before teaching so that you can have a more clear method of particular problems or topics you want to  teach.

Resource 1: Google - Whenever my students fails to visualize any creature or diagram about which I am teaching them. I google the pictures and show.

Resource 2: Youtube - I can show some documentaries and working of some machines and instruments here on Youtube

7. Tell Us A Story Of One Of Your Adventures While Pursuing This Dive (At This Level).

I had to prepare a student for a Hindi calligraphy competition but she was very nervous and confused as she had not taken part before in any competition.  But I taught her the basics of Hindi calligraphy and inspired her to participate.  The result was surprising as she stood first in that competition.

Similarly, I prepared another girl for a dance competition at her school. I choreographed her dance performance and she stood second in that competition.  Another one of my students got the maximum marks in Mathematics as well as Science.

These small things and their achievements always inspire me to teach more for the good of others.

8. What Evidence Did You Submit to Prove You Met the Requirements for This Dive and Level?
