1. When and Why Did You Decide to Pursue This Dive At This Level? What was your inspiration and motivation?

It was in prep school when I was younger. I just had a good teacher. He made me love it. I didn’t feel studying it was a burden at all. Actually, I found myself studying English when I would feel stressed from studying other subjects!

2. How Long Did It Take For You To Accomplish This Dive At This Level From The Day You Decided To Pursue It, And Why Did It Take That Long?

I don’t know for how long specifically. I guess it was accumulative, over a period of time, self-studying in English, browsing the internet in English, and watching movies. English is and always has been present in my mind. I’m learning new words almost every day, making progress almost everyday.

3. What Was The Hardest Part About Achieving This Particular Dive Level?

The hardest part: You need to practice as much as you can and you need to search for and find suitable resources for that, like watching movies without subtitles, communicating with people speaking English if you have a chance, and trying to write your thoughts and ideas in English.

4. What Was The Easiest Part About Achieving This Particular Dive Level?

The easiest part is that it’s very fun and interesting. You are going to feel so much happier when you see other people talking in English and you can understand them, or when you want to search for something on the web and you do it in English because it’s not a barrier anymore. Also, you don’t have to be perfect from day one. You only go through this process of learning step by step. Every new word you learn makes you better.

5. What Is Your Advice For Someone Who Is Pursuing This Dive And Level?

English can make your life opportunities better and your world wider. With English, you can spread an idea or get to know one, read a book, listen to a lecture, work for a worldwide company, get in touch with people from different cultures and different places, or even watch a great movie. Through English, you get to know the whole diversity that is out there in the world. Learn English! Keep going. It’s worth it.

7. Tell Us A Story Of One Of Your Adventures While Pursuing This Dive (At This Level).

This is my profile “Summary” on LinkedIn. Not so much professional but it’s me.

I’m getting hammered at this point of my life, but just like Rocky said: It ain’t about how hard you hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward; how much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done.

I’m a very ambitious person with a very great desire to be better every day, to learn something new every day. I believe that my chances are just as great as those who changed the face of the world by their thoughts, ideas, or businesses. Rejection or failure is not the end. It’s just a step on the way.

8. What Evidence Did You Submit to Prove You Met the Requirements for This Dive and Level?

The Break Diving community and staff have tested me on all disciplines: reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

9. Will You Be Pursuing The Next Level For This Dive? If Yes, Why? If Not, Why Not?

Yes, I’m planning to practice and communicate more through Break Diving and travel abroad. I haven’t set a plan for it so far. I guess it will figure it out at some point. I will move to the next certification level shortly.

10. What is the Break Diver's Creed?

No Rules. No Excuses. No Regretes.
